John Doyle is an experienced commercial property investment surveyor and strategic asset manager with more than 25 years’ experience across the private and public sectors.
Having served on the main boards of listed property companies, John has advised private companies, institutions, high-net-worth individuals, retailers and public authorities on acquisitions, disposals, development, refurbishment, leasing and strategic asset management.
His particular expertise lies in identifying and unlocking value from complex, underperforming and distressed property assets. He advises on individual properties and portfolios, including off-market opportunities, acquisition and disposal strategies, retail expansion and consolidation, development opportunities and the repositioning of dormant or poorly performing assets.
John began his property career in London in 1989 and has since held senior positions with Chesterton International plc, the Theo Paphitis Retail Group and Panther Securities plc, where he spent 16 years, including 12 years as a main board director and significant shareholder. He has also advised on major public-sector property disposals and development strategies.
In addition, John acts for private clients seeking to acquire prime London residential property.
